~~~JOIN~~~
First: Kuro-sama MUST be ATLEAST one of your favourite characters ^_~
Second: you must send us a note to join (if open, send what council spot you wish to be.)
Third: DevWATCH the club.
Fourth: please be ACTIVE within the club! We dont want members who join, and then dont do anything x_x

If you do all of these, you'll get in! ^__^ If you send us a note telling us how much you love Kuro-sama, then I will add you to the members page/journal entry...which will be added a little later in time.

~~~CONTESTS~~~
Art contest: Note us a link to your picture, and we shall upload it onto here (with the proper site notation back to your account, of course!), and judges shall pick the best ones! (PLEASE no TRACING.)
Icon creating contest: make the best icon, and send it in here! (if a GIF file, please send us a preview we can use so that we can upload it onto here.)
